Manager - Investment Properties

About the Role

Location: Hanoi, Viet Nam. Creates and manages comprehensive business decision tools, marketing/communication plans and processes for platform leadership. Acts as project lead, including supervisory and managerial activities, to coordinate the analyst team and complete specified projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion, including supervision of analyst team and coordination with stakeholders.
• Manage presentation and proposal processes; prepare complex presentations and proposals for new business development and ensure materials meet branding and messaging standards.
• Gather, review and evaluate collected data for accuracy and comprehensiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
• Review internal and external collateral, proofread content, ensure appropriate branding and approve materials for distribution.
• Partner with business leaders, support organizations and outsourcing partners to drive process simplification, cost efficiencies and consistent service delivery; manage vendor/partner relationships as needed.
• Manage processes such as marketing, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, management reporting and consolidated financial reporting.
• Report project status, performance and escalated issues to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Act as subject matter expert for key systems/processes and perform special projects as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years related experience; background in Finance, Accounting, Research or Marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets industry preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and commissions.
• Experience conducting advanced financial analysis and developing strategic solutions in a matrix-based multi-industry environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to solve advanced problems and evaluate multiple options in complex situations.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents and respond effectively to sensitive issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles and make persuasive presentations to employees, clients and public groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, HTML and/or web application software preferred.
• Prior experience in commercial real estate marketing preferred.
