Marketing Manager

About the Role

Marketing Manager at YUDE Solar responsible for leading regional marketing for household and commercial photovoltaic products in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Market strategy and planning: research Southeast Asian PV market dynamics (policy orientation, customer needs, competitors, channel landscapes); formulate regional marketing strategies, annual plans and budget proposals; implement, track, review and optimize plans to meet regional market share and performance growth targets.
• Brand building and promotion: localize and disseminate the companys photovoltaic brand in Southeast Asia; plan and execute online and offline marketing activities based on local culture; engage with industry associations and government agencies to build brand awareness and reputation for household and commercial scenarios.
• Channel development and management: establish and optimize regional marketing channel system; expand household terminal and industrial/commercial channels; handle channel recruitment, negotiation, contracting and daily maintenance; design channel incentive policies to boost activity, execution, shipments and market coverage.
• Market promotion and implementation: develop country-differentiated promotion plans; coordinate localization of marketing materials (multilingual promotional materials, case manuals); promote PV and energy-storage integration solutions tailored to regional demand to increase product acceptance.
• Data tracking and analysis: monitor effectiveness of marketing activities, channel performance and market share; produce regular market analysis reports; analyze trends, customer pain points and gaps in marketing; collect policy, technology and competitor intelligence to support product iteration and strategy adjustments.
• Compliance and risk management: ensure compliance with laws, industry norms and company policies across Southeast Asian countries; manage compliance risks in marketing and channel cooperation; monitor market risks (exchange rates, policy changes) and propose hedging suggestions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, New Energy (PV) or related fields.
• Experience: 35+ years of relevant marketing experience in Southeast Asia with mandatory background in household and commercial photovoltaic industry; proven cases in regional market expansion, brand promotion and channel development preferred; experience in multinational companies or leading PV enterprises is a plus.
• Professional competence: solid marketing theory and practice; able to independently formulate regional marketing strategies and promotion plans; proficient in channel development, event planning, customer maintenance and performance review; familiar with PV products (modules, inverters) and system solutions; strong market insight, negotiation and problem-solving skills; able to respond quickly to market changes.
• Language: fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing for business communication, contract negotiation and documentation; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Personal qualities: strong sense of purpose, responsibility and pioneering spirit; able to handle high pressure; good cross-cultural communication and cross-department collaboration; meticulous with strong execution.

Additional Information

• Must be able to travel frequently within Southeast Asia and accept flexible working arrangements.
