Role Overview:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager with the daily operations and team management. The role also acts as Manager on Duty when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily outlet operations.
• Lead shifts and coordinate the team.
• Handle outlet opening and closing.
• Supervise food preparation, service and cleanliness.
• Ensure the team follows Heybo SOPs and food safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback and service issues.
• Support staff training, coaching and onboarding.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and employee performance.
• Assist with stock ordering, inventory and wastage control.
• Handle cash reconciliation and POS procedures.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
• Ensure smooth handover between shifts.
• Act as Restaurant Manager when the Manager is unavailable.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in F&B, QSR, café or hospitality.
• Good team leadership skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Organised, responsible and able to make decisions during busy periods.
• Good Thai communication skills.
• Conversational English preferred.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
