About the Role

This is a part-time, remote Clinical Therapist role focused on providing direct clinical services to individuals, couples, and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain a manageable caseload and conduct telehealth sessions.
• Document all services in accordance with professional and regulatory standards and use electronic health record systems and secure communication tools.
• Coordinate care with other providers, participate in clinical consultations, and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment goals as needed.
• Provide psychoeducation, support clients in managing symptoms and life stressors, and adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
• Contribute to a respectful, client-centered care environment and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong foundation in Social Work and background in Psychology, including assessment, resource navigation, and systems-oriented practice.
• Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health, including diagnosis, treatment planning, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
• Experience in case management, care coordination, and linking clients to community and support services.
• Skills in Family Therapy, including work with couples, families, and complex family systems.
• Experience delivering telehealth or remote therapy and comfort with electronic health record systems and secure communication tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, ability to work independently and manage a part-time, remote caseload, and commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care.
