Freelance Local Recruiter

About the Role

At DataForce by TransPerfect, we're looking for a freelance Recruiter with advanced English to join our team of Recruiters and work with us on one of our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruitment experience and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly. Experience in high-volume recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify freelance candidates against project requirements.
• Identify suitable advertising channels to attract eligible candidates.
• Use online platforms, social media and professional networks to support recruitment.
• Create and post recruitment advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Keep candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs.
• Support the Sourcing team with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience; experience in high-volume recruitment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other resource management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, or equivalent tools.
• Confidence using social media platforms for recruitment and advertising.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• A strong customer service focus.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
