Job Description

• Oversee all hotel security operations to ensure the safety of guests, Heartists, and hotel assets.
• Supervise and lead the security team, including outsourced security personnel.
• Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Organize and conduct security awareness, fire safety, and emergency response training.
• Prepare security reports and recommend improvements to prevent potential risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of security systems, fire safety, emergency procedures, and risk management.
• Good command of English and Thai.
