Responsibilities

• Identify data-related business requirements and service standards (e.g., transaction processing speed, data mining and reporting capabilities, data security, scalability).
• Develop high-level enterprise data models and conceptual views across database, data integration, data warehouse/BI, reporting, metadata, and content management architectures.
• Optimize end-to-end data/information flow by reducing redundancy and enabling secure accessibility within governance and security boundaries.
• Manage projects and processes, working independently with limited supervision.
• Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
• Address difficult and sometimes complex problems as a Senior Professional (P3).

Qualifications

• Advanced education and/or extensive experience in data integration, data engineering, and enterprise data architecture.
• Proven ability to gather data-related business requirements and define service standards for performance, reporting/analytics, security, and scalability.
• Experience developing high-level enterprise data models and conceptual views across databases, integration, data warehouse/BI, reporting, and metadata.
• Demonstrated success optimizing data flows by reducing redundancy and improving secure accessibility within governance and security boundaries.
• Senior Professional (P3) capability to lead complex projects independently and coach/review lower-level professionals.
