Application Consultant (HCM)

About the Role

We are looking for an Application Consultant (HCM) to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of Human Capital Management systems for our enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with HR users, translating business requirements into system solutions, and growing their expertise in end-to-end HCM implementations within a consulting environment. You will work alongside experienced consultants, project managers, and technical teams to deliver practical, high-impact HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in HCM implementation projects (Core HR and related modules such as Absence, Time, Payroll, Talent, or Learning depending on experience)
• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and business stakeholders
• Configure the HCM system according to approved design and best practices
• Support system testing (SIT, UAT) and assist users during testing cycles
• Provide post-go-live support, issue analysis, and resolution
• Act as a key contact for functional HCM topics with client HR teams and explain system functionality in a clear, business-friendly way
• Support workshops, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations and reports
• Prepare functional documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), test scenarios and user guides
• Ensure solutions follow industry standards and project methodology

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in HCM application consulting, or HR systems support/implementation, or HR operations with strong system exposure
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HCM systems is an advantage
• Solid understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Time, Talent, etc.)
• Comfortable working with both business users and technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English (Thai is a plus)
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a project environment
