Responsibilities

• Work closely with Managers to conduct research, interpret results and make recommendations, and guide Consultants and Analysts.
• Interact with case teams and clients.
• Draw insight and synthesize findings from qualitative and quantitative research.
• Analyze and model discrete data sets.
• Assist with the creation of client-ready presentations.
• Increase autonomy and responsibility over time, taking on greater project management and client responsibilities as experience grows.
• Actively seek developmental opportunities, build cooperative relationships, and communicate effectively to influence teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MBA qualification from a top-tier university with outstanding academic record.
• 5 years and above relevant strategy consulting experience preferred but not mandatory (including in-house consulting or in-house strategy and transformation teams).
• Strong analytical abilities (quantitative and qualitative); strong reasoning and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral.
• Curious, rigorous, and creative; comfortable working on difficult issues with ambiguity and uncertainty; patient in the face of complexity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships, collaborate in teams, and balance inquiry and advocacy.
