Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Engineer with strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling to join our team in the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI solutions that provide actionable insights to support business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and drive performance within manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to manufacturing business needs.
• Build and optimize data models to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
• Write advanced DAX calculations and utilize Power Query (M) for data transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, MES, production systems, etc.) into Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance of BI solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements in manufacturing operations.
• Support users in interpreting dashboards and provide training/documentation when required.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power BI reports and queries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Power BI Engineer/Developer, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets and complex data sources.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, KPIs, and metrics.
