About the Role

We are looking for a QAQC Manager to join our team in Bangkok Office, Thailand. This onsite role will lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities across assigned EPC/construction projects, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable codes throughout project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (QMS)
• Review and approve quality documentation, including procedures, method statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and construction verification processes
• Manage and oversee inspection and testing activities for construction, fabrication, and installation works
• Establish and manage Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system and drive corrective actions
• Monitor QA/QC documentation, including inspection/test records (ITRs) and final turnover dossiers (MDR)
• Conduct internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders on quality matters and ensure subcontractors and suppliers meet project quality requirements
• Promote a strong quality culture across project teams

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline
• Extensive QA/QC experience in EPC, oil & gas, pipeline, refinery, or power projects
• Proven experience in a QA/QC Manager role on large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ITP/ITR, MDR, and QA/QC processes
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Welding Inspector, NDT Level II) are highly regarded
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a project environment
