As a Fresh Graduate, you won't just be watching—you will be doing. You will work with experts in Thailand and across the region to build the future of E-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Problem Solving & Operations: Work with different teams to find bugs, identify root causes, and implement quick solutions to keep the app running smoothly.
• Product Testing (UAT): Test new features and validate they work correctly before release.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Research user preferences and help create mockups, prototypes, and designs that improve usability.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with local teams in Thailand and regional teams across Asia to manage new product launches end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates from any major; logical thinking and a "can-do" attitude valued more than degree.
• Fast learner able to pick up new tools and systems quickly.
• Clear communicator: able to speak and write well in both Thai and English.
• Detail-oriented and user-focused, with a mindset of improving user experience.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

• Nice to have: passion for E-commerce or Tech, and experience in student activities, internships, or personal projects demonstrating leadership or problem-solving.
