About the Company

IKZ Holding Co., Ltd. | Bangkok, Thailand. Strategic Financial Advisory | M&A | Integrated Management Consulting. IKZ works with Thai business owners, family businesses, SMEs, mid-market companies, founders, and investors on M&A, fundraising, valuation, financial transformation, business diagnostics, growth strategy, cost optimization, and execution support. Due to the nature of our client, the candidate must be able to speak Thai fluent.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead workstreams across M&A, fundraising, valuation, financial modeling, investor materials, and transaction execution
• Analyze businesses, financial statements, cash flow, cost structure, unit economics, and growth opportunities
• Build high-quality client decks, investment teasers, information memorandums, board materials, proposals, and business plans
• Diagnose client problems across finance, operations, sales, organization, governance, and execution
• Work directly with founders, business owners, senior executives, investors, and strategic partners
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, buyer-universe mapping, and deal origination support
• Use PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, AI tools, and strong business judgment to create sharp and practical deliverables
• Help bring in ideas, relationships, potential clients, investors, partners, and deal opportunities
• Take ownership and push work forward without waiting for step-by-step instructions

Qualifications

• Thai national or Thai-native professional
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken
• 3 to 8 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, transaction advisory, private equity, strategy, business development, or a related field
• Strong financial analysis, business analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills
• Strong PowerPoint and Canva skills
• Strong AI skills for research, analysis, writing, productivity, and workflow improvement
• Commercial mindset with the ability to understand how businesses make money
• Ability to communicate with business owners, executives, investors, and partners; network or relationship-building ability preferred
• High ownership, strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to learn fast

• Base compensation, performance-based bonus, and success-fee sharing
• Salary Range: 40k to 55k THB (depending on experience and contribution from day 1)
