Deloitte Southeast Asia – SAP team (SAP CS / SAP PM) seeking a Senior Consultant to drive the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions across the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of SAP CS/PM solutions across the region and lead creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions including Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development and SAP Business Transformation
• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
• Advise clients on industry and cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes and functions
• Design target-state SAP solutions and influence clients to adopt leading/standard practices
• Analyze application landscape and design interfaces to SAP solutions
• Perform SAP configuration and testing; develop specifications for forms, reports and interfaces
• Lead consultant and client teams through implementation lifecycle including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover
• Support change management by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post-cutover
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide situational leadership, coaching and mentorship to team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience working with SAP CS or SAP PM and completed at least 5 end-to-end full life cycle SAP PM or SAP CS implementations
• Experience in consulting firms is highly preferred
• Experience with S/4HANA is a strong plus
• Deep and broad experience in SAP-led transformation programs across diverse industries; prior airline industry experience is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to engage client stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Self-motivated, value-driven and inclusive with ability to travel locally and abroad and willingness to work outside office base
• Good command of English communication
