As a Technician at Rasa Two Tower, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, conducting inspections, investigating and repairing equipment, and coordinating services for tenants. You will also monitor sub-contractors and ensure building security.

Responsibilities
- Make the Preventive Maintenance.
- Make a checklist as assigned for the building engineering service & Senior Technician.
- Keep cleaning & maintain the security for work.
- Keep description into the company rules keep in line with the company rules.
- Investigate & repair equipment as requested by tenants.
- Monitor sub-contractors’ job for building’s security purpose.
- Fully inspect all electrical pneumatic climate controls and valves.
- Keep detailed records of the chiller consumption and the temperature of the air conditioning system.
- Co-ordinate with relevant departments to provide the necessary services e.g. security or cleaning services.
- Provide electrical and telephone system for exhibitions.
