Responsibilities

• Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization (feasibility, cost/benefit, fit/gap analysis)
• Develop plan and approach for requirement analysis and design phase
• Understand, analyze, prioritize and confirm end-to-end business requirements and processes
• Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
• Provide options and recommend end-to-end business solutions or workarounds
• Design and confirm functional specifications including application flow, business logic, screens, reports and data files

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields
• At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Understanding of banking products (e.g., Mobile, Data Warehouse, Fraud, Credit Monitoring, Loan, Payment Gateway, Credit Risk Monitoring, Signature Verification, Prepaid, Collateral, Online Bill Payment, ATM)
• Practical, passionate, innovative and adaptable to change
• Strong teamwork, open communication, proactive, resilient and optimistic mindset
