Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses in advance, and communicate recommendations
• Lead sessions to draw out insights from clients and document as-is processes
• Design to-be models (IT processes or infrastructure) based on objective facts, key issues, pain points, and countermeasures to propose solutions
• Discuss clients' unique IT processes and infrastructure, acquire industry trends and standards, and propose suitable solutions
• Act as a team lead: develop work plans, manage team resources, scope, quality, risks, and issues, and report to the project manager
• Monitor team progress to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks
• Serve as the working-level interface between client and project team, lead discussions, organize opinions, and resolve conflicts diplomatically
• Provide guidance on necessary knowledge and skills and encourage team members to achieve goals
• Utilize visuals and diagrams to explain key messages and present discussion points effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of work experience in IT and/or the consulting industry
• 3+ years in a leading role in digital transformation, operational/process improvement projects, or IT solution delivery
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexible to travel domestically and internationally
• Passion for consulting and enthusiasm to work in a dynamic environment
