The Bellman is responsible for delivering exceptional arrival and departure experiences by assisting guests with luggage handling, escorting guests to their rooms, and providing information about the resort's facilities and services. As one of the first and last points of contact, the Bellman plays a vital role in creating positive and memorable impressions consistent with the luxury standards of InterContinental Hua Hin Resort and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
The Bellman serves as an ambassador of the resort by delivering professional, courteous, and personalized service while ensuring guest comfort, convenience, and satisfaction throughout their stay
