Position: Associate Consultant (Business, Marketing, Technology)
Work Style: Hybrid (Work at Office 6-8 days / month)

About the Role

As an Associate Consultant, you will join a cross-functional team to support client research, problem-solving, and execution across digital transformation, brand innovation, and AI/tech-driven initiatives. You will support the full consulting lifecycle — from discovery and research to solution design and implementation tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and digital tools
• Analyze client business models, marketing strategy, and digital maturity; assist in diagnosing client problems and identifying opportunities for innovation or growth
• Help develop frameworks, roadmaps, pitch decks, reports, case studies, and business proposals
• Support brainstorming and testing solutions across business, marketing, and technology areas
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, tech, product, media) for integrated solutions
• Support consultants and project leads in workshops, presentations, and client interactions
• Track project timelines, tasks, and client requests to ensure high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in consulting, marketing strategy, digital/tech agency, or startup
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, UX, data, or business modeling is a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Fluent in Thai, with working proficiency in English

Skills

• Experience with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Canva, ChatGPT, or Figma is a plus
• Interest in AI, martech, or customer experience design
• Background in innovation, startup, or government transformation projects is a plus
