Hiring: LLM - AI Quality Analyst (Personalization) – Thai

Location: Thailand (onsite)

Duration: 2-Month Contract · Start Date: Immediate · Open Positions: 50

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-turn prompts based on personal experiences
• Evaluate AI responses for personalization, grounding, integration, and helpfulness
• Compare and rank model outputs side-by-side (SxS)
• Provide detailed feedback and annotations to improve AI quality
• Create and evaluate AI prompts and responses

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading and writing Thai
• Experience in Data Annotation, AI Evaluation, Content Moderation, or similar analytical roles preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Policy, Law, Ethics, Linguistics, Journalism, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable using a personal Google account for evaluation purposes
• Full-time availability with 4 hours overlap with PST timezone

Commitment

• Minimum 30 hours/week (up to 40 hours/week available)
• At least 4 hours/day with PST overlap
