About the Role

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, encompassing the SAP PM/EAM module solutions. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions, including functional and technical design, SAP application & systems development, and SAP business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
• Advise clients on industry and cross-industry leading practices and on SAP recommended processes and functions
• Design target-state SAP PM/EAM solutions and influence clients to adopt leading/standard practices
• Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solutions
• Perform SAP configuration and testing; develop specifications for forms, reports and interfaces
• Lead consultant and client teams through implementation cycle, including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover
• Support change management by developing training materials, delivering training and supporting users post cutover
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Good honours degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
• Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in PM/EAM module, preferably with 2–3 end-to-end full life-cycle implementations
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage
• Prior experience in the airline industry is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated success in a multi-cultural work environment and sound understanding of business processes and industry leading practices
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and ability to facilitate effective workshops
• Willingness to work outside of office base and to travel locally and abroad
• Sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities
