About the Role

Position: Senior Consultant - SAP MM
Location: Bangkok, TH
Work arrangement: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on industry and cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes/functions.
• Design target-state SAP MM solutions and influence clients to adopt standard/leading practices.
• Analyze application landscape and design interfaces to SAP solutions; develop specifications for forms, reports and interfaces.
• Perform SAP configuration and testing; lead planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover activities.
• Support change management by developing training materials, delivering training and supporting users post-cutover.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; lead consultant and client teams through implementations.

• Develop and coach diverse, high-performing teams and provide situational leadership to engagement teams.
• Collaborate to build productive relationships and align teams to key objectives and priorities.
• Make informed decisions to deliver high-quality outcomes and influence stakeholders positively.
• Apply understanding of disruptive trends and competitor activity to recommend changes in line with leading practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience working with SAP MM, including at least 5 end-to-end full life cycle SAP MM implementations.
• Experience in consulting firms is highly preferred.
• Experience with S/4HANA is a strong plus.
• Deep experience in SAP-led transformation programs across diverse industries and broad understanding of emerging business and technology paradigms.
• Demonstrated ability to engage client stakeholders and provide coaching/mentorship to team members.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for project assignments.
• Good command of English communication.
