T&T Consultant - SAP MM - TH

About the Role

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia focusing on SAP MM module solutions. As a leader of this group you will drive growth of the SAP business in the region and be responsible for creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions including functional and technical design, application & systems development, and business transformation. Location: Bangkok, onsite. Travel (local and abroad) is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
• Advise clients on industry and cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes
• Design target-state SAP solutions and influence clients towards standard/leading practices
• Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solutions
• Perform SAP configuration and testing; develop specifications for forms, reports, and interfaces
• Lead consultant and client teams through implementation including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover
• Support change management by developing training materials, delivering training and supporting users post-cutover
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Good honours degree, preferably postgraduate, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline
• Minimum 3-6 years' experience in SAP MM module with preferably 2-3 end-to-end full life cycle implementations
• Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology
• SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage
• Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices
• Good communication and presentation skills in English to build relationships with client stakeholders
• Ability to facilitate effective workshops for target-state design and demonstrate excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solutions
• Teamwork, leadership qualities and willingness to work outside office base and travel as required
