About the Company

Sun Hills Layan, a real estate development company, is looking for a Native English-Speaking Sales Manager to join the office team. The company has a high-profile partnership with UFC Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project presentations for clients together with real estate agents, with the goal of closing deals
• Support clients throughout the sales process
• Manage reports, Google Sheets, and CRM updates
• Conduct project inspections for real estate agencies
• Explain the project’s investment potential and key advantages
• Attract and communicate with international clients

Qualifications

• Native English speaker
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset and ability to build trust with international clients and agency partners
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Sheets for reporting and updates
