About the Role

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer (Steel Structure) to manage quality control, inspections, and documentation for steel structure and fit-out works. This role ensures all construction activities meet project specifications, standards, and internal quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA/QC plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures
• Review drawings, RFIs, and method statements
• Monitor steel structure works (welding, bolting, coating, NDT, installation tolerances)
• Conduct site inspections for steel and fit-out works (ceilings, partitions, finishes)
• Manage quality documents (drawings, reports, as-built, test records)
• Identify NCRs, drive CAPA, and track closure
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Prepare quality reports and support project handover

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Structural, MEP, or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of experience in steel structure, fit-out, or MEP construction QA/QC
• Experience in industrial or data center projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of steel structure works (welding, bolting, coating, anti-corrosion, NDT)
• Familiar with fit-out works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes)
• Good understanding of QA/QC processes (ITP, NCR, CAPA, audits)
• Experience in document control (drawings, revisions, test reports, as-built documentation)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good command of Thai and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset
• Able to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment
