About the Role

Sales Executive (IT Solutions) — Zenith Comp.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Plan sales targets, such as analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for customer base expansion and developing customer acquisition strategies, including creating a sales pipeline.
• Provide comprehensive information about products and services, arrange appointments with customers, gather customer requirements, and prepare proposals.
• Manage the entire sales process, from identifying prospects and verifying opportunities to closing deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales admin, marketing team, engineer team to gather necessary information.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure they meet customer deadlines and coordinate after-sales service.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and sales programs, and update monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in IT, Computer Science and Engineering, or related fields.
• Have 1-3 years of experiences in IT Business will be advantage (new graduates are welcome).
• Good command in both spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be confident in speaking to diverse audiences, both in person and over the phone, and exhibit a well-groomed and professional appearance.
