Responsibilities

• Perform routine network maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the network operates at an optimal level.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the network by implementing and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
• Configure and maintain network devices including firewalls, switches, routers, and access points.
• Implement and maintain network protocols and services such as DHCP, DNS, and SNMP.
• Monitor network usage and bandwidth to identify and address performance and capacity issues.
• Collaborate with local IT teams and other IT members to develop and implement network policies and procedures and manage integration projects with the Global network CoE.
• Coordinate with vendors for order management and support.
• Stay up-to-date with GNOC to ensure 24x365 support for operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a network admin role, preferably in manufacturing networks.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and vendors.
• Experience leading and managing projects related to network integration.
• Experience working in an international environment and flexibility to travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Palo Alto platform is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP).
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers, and access point configuration.
• Familiarity with network security practices and 24x365 GNOC operations.

Languages

• Thai – fluent
• English – fluent
• Other European languages – nice to have

• Network of interaction: INTERNAL – coordination with local IT teams and managing integration projects with the Global network CoE; EXTERNAL – vendor coordination and order management.
