About the Role

Senior Product Owner I – Finance (Department Manager) at CP AXTRA | Lotus's. Nawamin Office: Buengkum, Bangkok 10230, Thailand. Onsite, full time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans and status reports to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Regularly communicate with project team and sponsors on project status, issues and progress; report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk and issue management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' experience in Project Management in Software Development/Implementation with proof of handling at least 3 projects full cycle.
• Experience in at least 2 large-scale projects; experience in Finance-related solutions is a must; experience in Retail industry is a plus.
• Experience of running a PMO responsible for multiple, complex projects.
• Experience of working with programme software to monitor project progress and awareness of budgeting and resource allocation principles.
• Experience of managing and developing staff.
• Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects and programs, including risk, change, and quality management.
• Fluent in English.
