Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure seamless performance and brand excellence.
• Lead, mentor and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
• Oversee store presentation, stock management and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and sensitivity to maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within luxury retail or premium service environments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
• Passion for luxury brands, client service and maintaining high operational standards.
• Organised, adaptable and proactive approach to challenges.
