Construction Manager (CSA)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all CSA construction activities on-site for the data center project
• Oversee earthworks, substructure, superstructure, architectural, and finishing works
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure CSA works align with MEP coordination, interfaces, and sequencing requirements
• Review and manage construction drawings, method statements, and shop drawings
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets for CSA packages
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications
• Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
• Conduct site inspections, manage defects, and support handover and close-out activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering
• 10 years of construction experience with projects in data center, advanced manufacturing
• Strong experience managing substructure & superstructure works
• Strong experience managing steel and concrete structures
• Strong experience managing architectural and building envelope systems
• Strong understanding of local building codes and international standards
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple contractors
• Strong coordination skills with MEP and commissioning teams
