Practice Area

BCG’s Tech and Digital practice focuses on helping clients deliver competitive advantage and superior performance through data, technology and digital. The practice covers Digital Transformation, Data & Digital Platforms, AI at Scale, Agile, Cybersecurity and digitizing the tech function, and includes experts across BCG and Platinion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to drive digital transformation programs, shaping strategy and creating measurable value.
• Act as a digital specialist advising on topics including digital transformation & strategy, emerging technologies (Cloud, Blockchain/Crypto/DeFi, Metaverse/Web3), customer centricity and journey design, digital marketing & personalization, big data & analytics, new ways of working, and transformation of the technology function and technology build.
• Work cross-functionally with engineers, architects, data scientists and senior client stakeholders to develop insights, reimagine business models, and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in strategy and digital fields, including product management, digital marketing & analytics, or designing & delivering software products, in leading digital companies and/or start-ups. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered at the Associate level.
• Proven record driving strategic digital transformation with value creation focus.
• Experience building credibility and relationships with technical and non-technical leaders; ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Advanced quantitative analysis, solid business acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex industry concepts in non-technical terms.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. MBA, Masters or PhD highly regarded.
• Flexibility to travel within the SEA region.
