Location: Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand — on-site 100%

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users experiencing IT issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates and backups.
• Assist with network administration tasks.
• Help users with basic IT tasks such as password resets and account setup.
• Document IT procedures and solutions for reference purposes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• Be able to communicate in English (basic).
• Relevant IT certifications (optional).
• Strong technical aptitude, knowledge of computer hardware and software, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: ฿23,000.00 – ฿30,000.00 per month
• Work Location: In person (Pattaya, Chonburi)
