T&T Senior Consultant - SAP FI - TH

About the Role

Service Line / Portfolios: Enterprise Technology & Performance
Location: Bangkok, TH
This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia and focuses on SAP FI module solutions. As a Senior Consultant you will drive creation, sale and delivery of SAP FI solutions including functional and technical design, application & systems development and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
• Advise clients on industry and cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes
• Design target-state SAP FI solutions and influence adoption of standard/leading practices
• Analyze application landscape and design interfaces to SAP solutions
• Perform SAP configuration and tests; develop specifications for forms, reports and interfaces
• Lead consultant and client teams through implementation cycle, including planning and executing testing, migration and cutover
• Support change management by developing training materials, delivering training and supporting users post cutover
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience working with SAP FI and completion of at least 5 end-to-end full life-cycle SAP FI implementations
• Experience in consulting firms is preferred
• Experience with S/4HANA is a strong plus
• Deep experience in SAP-led transformation programs across diverse industries and broad understanding of emerging business and technology paradigms
• Ability to provide situational leadership, coach and mentor team members
• Willingness to work outside base office and travel locally and internationally as required
• Good command of English for communication
