Senior Cloud Engineer - Presales & Delivery

About the Role

This position is suitable for constant learners, problem solvers and multi-taskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates interested in Implementation and Operation for Cloud Infrastructure, supporting presales & delivery for Xtremax customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud for Xtremax customers
• Provide support related to customer issues with cloud infrastructure
• Work closely with IT security to monitor privacy and develop incident-response procedures
• Engage in customer-facing activities to gather requirements, clarify expectations and present solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience working with AWS services and architecture
• Experience in customer-facing roles with direct client interaction
• Proven experience in writing infrastructure code using Terraform
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering practices and incident management
• Building and managing both Windows and Linux servers in cloud environments
• Managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash and PowerShell)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps Engineer)
• Experience with other cloud providers (Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of other Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terragrunt)
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker
