Civil Structural Architecture Supervisor - Data Centre

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities for civil, structural, and architectural works on data centre projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, construction teams, clients, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor work progress against project schedules and milestones; report progress and coordinate with project controls.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance; implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections at critical phases.
• Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings, material specifications, material certifications and test reports; document quality issues and corrective actions.
• Enforce site safety protocols, conduct safety briefings/toolbox talks, monitor OHS compliance, investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Supervise site engineering team and technical staff; provide technical guidance and mentoring; manage workforce scheduling and resource allocation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate construction records, daily/weekly/monthly progress reports; document variations, delays and change orders.
• Participate in project meetings and site coordination sessions; resolve technical issues; support project handover and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum 8–10 years construction experience with 5+ years in a supervisory role; experience in large-scale commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience working in Thailand or Southeast Asia preferred.
• Proficiency in construction methods for concrete, steel and architectural systems.
• Knowledge of Thai building codes, regulations and permit processes and international standards.
• Experience with construction management software and project scheduling tools; understanding of MEP coordination and building systems integration.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and green building standards.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Thai language proficiency highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
