About the Opportunity

Join Caterpillar Thailand and gain hands-on experience supporting HR digitalization and data-driven decision making. This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about Information Technology, Data Analytics, Power BI, and Power Apps, and who are eager to apply their knowledge in a global manufacturing environment.

Internship Preferred

• 4-6 months
• Start Y2027 - Q3 - Fall (July - Sept)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Strong knowledge and interest in Engineering Manufacturing
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Fundamental knowledge of Quality Assurance / Quality Control
• Ability to analyze data and identify quality improvement opportunities
• 3rd or 4th Year University Student
• Minimum GPA: 2.50
• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
• Willing to reside or relocate to Rayong or Chonburi
• Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work in a matrix organization
• Cooperative Education Program students are highly preferred

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM
