Team Overview: FNOL Claims Call Center

• First service role in notification to claims in Auto Claim and non-motor accidents.
• Provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction that our customers can expect from our services, including providing information about our claims services when they contact our call center.
• Knowledgeable, responsible, have the ability to systematically solve customer problems, and understand the role of the professional service provider.

How you will create an impact

Serve customers who need assistance and create the highest satisfaction for customers and those who contact to notification accidents or inquire about claims.

Deep product knowledge, be quick-witted and a good listener to handle customer situations with professionalism.

Responsible for the assigned duties and work as a team. Have good working relationships in working together to drive the team to achieve goals and achieve mutual career success.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience in notification accident and able to listen and converse in English
• Expertise and knowledge of products in insurance industries
• Responsible for work duties and maintain flexible working time frame
• Good listener and mature in analyzing customer issues and problem solving
• Proficiency in using various operating systems and able to learn new skills
