Portfolio Lead

Take on a new challenge and apply your portfolio management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and digital transformation across our business. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across digital, supply chain, and customer service functions, standardising portfolio management practices, and ensuring the successful execution of key projects. You’ll specifically take care of managing the GBC Operations Excellence portfolio and leading digital projects, but also ensure alignment with strategic priorities and resource optimisation.

We’ll look to you for:

• Defining and governing the GBC Operations Excellence portfolio across Business, Digital, and Continuous Improvement programs
• Standardising portfolio management practices, including demand intake, project planning, ROI calculation, and KPI reporting
• Owning the GBC project roadmap and managing resource allocation to deliver outcomes aligned with customer needs
• Driving end-to-end project governance, including milestone tracking, risk management, and performance reviews
• Leading digital projects, such as business intelligence applications and robotic process automation initiatives
• Managing the GBC Solution Catalogue to consolidate and scale solutions across sites and regions

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data/Analytics, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear operational documentation and training materials
• Experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, or planning environments with multi-stakeholder interfaces
• Proven experience in digital project portfolio management and/or digital project management within supply chain or operations
• Familiarity with digital tools for operations, such as Power BI, automation tools, SQL, Python, Microsoft 365, and an interest in AI adoption
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, with experience in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methods (Yellow Belt/Green Belt exposure is a plus)
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones, align RACI, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
