Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest services including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local highlights.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
• Create and maintain a safe workplace; follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Be on feet and mobile for extended periods; move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and use stairs and service ramps as needed.
• Perform hands-on physical tasks: move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related work experience: No related work experience required.
• Supervisory experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
