DM, AI Business Partner

Description

The AI Business Partner (AI Expert) acts as the strategic bridge between business functions and the AI Center of Excellence, identifying, shaping, and accelerating high-value AI opportunities across the organization.

This role partners closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, translate them into AI use cases, and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives from ideation and business case development to implementation and value realization.

The AI Business Partner promotes AI adoption, facilitates workshops and opportunity assessments, aligns AI initiatives with business priorities, and ensures solutions deliver measurable business outcomes while adhering to governance, security, and responsible AI standards.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, analytics, AI, consulting, or business partnering roles.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, data analytics, and business process optimization, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience facilitating workshops, influencing senior leaders, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, prioritize opportunities, manage delivery teams, and track value realization.
• Experience with enterprise technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, cloud platforms, or AI solutions is highly desirable, along with a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for driving innovation and organizational change.
