About the Role

• In charge of order fulfillment role & taking care of the complete order entry process with various manufacturing plants until dispatch to customer .
• Executed a range of fulfillment tasks including pulling, checking, and packing customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, sales order fulfillment, product distribution and shipment
• Follow up with manufacturing on the committed ex-factory dates
• Planning of delivery & shipping schedule through liaison with warehouse/distribution entities
• Coordinate and liaise with customer /forwarding/shipping agents for checking of available vessel/air freight schedules, as well as container and shipment bookings
• Communicate, clarify with Dealer/Sales Office/Customer and edit/change orders as and when required by referring & checking with manufacturing prior to any changes
• Communication skills to provide shipping schedules, to prepare and present plans and information to manufacturing, sales and order management

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft PC software including extensive use of Excel spreadsheets, Word, and SAP business system or similar sales order management software application.
