Field Service VII - Power

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be mainly supporting technical related activities in managed service and others customer’s requirement

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be accountable for delivery professional and quality service which meet the customer’s expectation.
• Be responsible for maintenance, start-up, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing and retrofitting of company product; power or monitoring management.
• Make company’s brand as customers preferred choice as trusted business partner by delivering quality and service accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep up to date the knowledge and application of company products and services.
• Continually develop and improve himself as a service professional by self-analysis, reading, benchmarking against the best in the industry and practicing.
• Complete reporting documentation properly and provide to customer and local office upon.
• Attend customer meeting as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Engineering; Electrical or related field.
• Excellent knowledge in company product; power or management.
• Proficient in MS Office Excel
• Good communication skills in local and English language
