Project Scheduler (with Primavera 6 / Ms Project Experience) at Chonburi/Rayong

About the Role

Seeking a proactive and experienced Scheduler with contractor background to develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Must have hands-on construction/contractor experience with understanding of field operations and work breakdown structures. Experience in fast-track construction and critical facility construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed construction schedules from preconstruction through project closeout using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures, construction sequencing and trade coordination
• Perform critical path analysis, identify delays and recommend recovery strategies
• Schedule and manage labor, equipment and material resources across multiple trades and phases
• Monitor progress (actual vs planned), update schedules based on field conditions and maintain schedule integrity
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors and trade partners
• Identify schedule risks, weather impacts and constructability issues
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules and executive dashboards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a construction/contractor environment with field operations experience
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for complex construction scheduling
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Professional scheduling certification (PMI-SP, PSP) preferred
• Experience with fast-track construction, critical facilities, design-build, CM at-risk, or general contracting
• Knowledge of construction contracts and change order impacts
• Strong communication skills for field and office coordination
