Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through their entire stay, creating a memorable and unique experience.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transport luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
• Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience and take initiative to do what needs to be done.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Be on feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps).
• Perform hands-on tasks: move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤ 50 pounds without assistance and ≤ 100 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
