About the Role

As the Supply Chain Excellence & S&OP Manager, you will be the strategic architect of our regional value chain for ASEAN, responsible for synchronizing demand, supply, and capacity, driving digitalization and end-to-end efficiency transformation, and managing supply to the region. You will be based in Rayong - Thailand. Work arrangement: onsite. Employment type: full time.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Lead monthly regional S&OP meetings to align Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations; act as primary contact to balance demand forecasts with supply and manufacturing capacity; develop "What-If" scenarios to mitigate risks and seize market opportunities.
• Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) & Resource Validation: Verify RCCP outputs against S&OP demand; analyze plant/DC constraints and production calendars to produce capacity projections; present Base/Upside/Downside scenarios and recommend load shifting, campaign planning and capacity flexing; lead RCCP alignment meetings and track Actual vs. Plan; maintain/enhance RCCP dashboards for visibility.
• Supply Chain Excellence & E2E Efficiency: Identify structural bottlenecks across the end-to-end value chain and drive cost-out and efficiency initiatives using process improvement toolkits; design and govern a regional KPI framework (Forecast Accuracy, Cost to Serve, Capacity Utilization, OTIF, Inventory Turns); lead ASEAN digital roadmap, automate manual workflows and drive tool adoption; lead Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) and dynamically manage safety stock and lead-time parameters; standardize best-practice operating models to improve resilience and total Cost-to-Serve.
• Supply Management: Oversee governance of purchase and supply processes and master data across ASEAN; lead and optimize purchase and inventory replenishment cycles to ensure optimal stock and service levels; formulate and execute distribution strategies for a resilient distribution network; act as liaison between Sales, Finance and Operations and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Other: Drive strategic initiatives in standardization, digitalization and process optimization; execute high-priority tasks and specialized projects as assigned by leadership to address evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in Supply Chain Management, with at least 4 years leading S&OP, Production Planning or Supply Chain Excellence in a regional or complex supply chain setting.
• Deep understanding of Master Production Scheduling (MPS), shop-floor constraints and the ability to bridge regional demand with factory execution.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-country operations, ideally within ASEAN.
• Advanced proficiency in data modeling and supply chain analytics; experience building and maintaining dashboards and capacity models.
• Experience in inventory and working capital optimization, MEIO or multi-echelon inventory concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in process transformation, KPI governance, and leading digitalization/automation initiatives across supply chain functions.
