We are looking for a License Owner to open and operate the Stranger Soccer business in Bangkok. This is not your traditional management job — it is built for someone who wants to own and operate their own business and make the world's greatest sport accessible to everyone.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life for the assigned city.
• Recruit, train and lead a small central team (2–3 persons) and several freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to kick off operations.
• Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games.
• Plan and execute creative sales and marketing (digital and hands-on) to introduce customers to the platform.
• Oversee a schedule of games, ensuring customers are delighted and return regularly.
• Coordinate with Singapore headquarters for operations and technology support.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for football and a connection to the local football scene.
• Business background, ideally with management and customer service experience.
• Entrepreneurial background or spirit and a commitment to owning, driving and scaling the brand in the assigned market.
• Motivated by performance — financial compensation will be proportionate to hard work, business acumen and effectiveness.
