Social Media Director for a DTC biohacking/health and wellness supplement brand

About the Company

Enhanced Labs is a global health & wellness company specializing in biohacking, supplements, and performance products. We're looking for a Social Media Director to work directly with Tony Huge and take his personal brand and social media presence to the next level.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands what makes content go viral and has a proven track record of growing large social media accounts—especially on YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Tony Huge's overall social media strategy
• Grow YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other social platforms
• Develop content strategies that increase views, engagement, and subscribers
• Work closely with Tony to plan and produce high-performing content
• Manage content calendars and oversee the content production process
• Analyze performance and optimize content based on platform algorithms and data
• Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes

Requirements

• Proven experience growing large social media accounts, especially YouTube
• Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X algorithms
• Experience developing viral content strategies
• Strong leadership and content planning skills
• Experience in the biohacking, fitness, health, or supplement industry is highly preferred
• Willing to relocate or work on-site in Pattaya, Thailand
