About the Role

Customer Implementation Management leads the new customer implementation process bridging sales and operational activities (from sales award to on-boarding to stable operation). Acts as the customers’ centre of gravity on implementations and issue resolution, drives the overall implementation project plan across all geographies and ensures delivery of all functions involved, and rolls off customer accounts once the implementation phase is completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new or additional customer business, coordinating sales and operations.
• Act as primary contact for customers during implementations and resolve issues to ensure smooth transition to stable operation.
• Drive and manage implementation project plans across geographies and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Coach/mentor less experienced staff, oversee work of lower-level professionals, and manage processes and programmes as needed.
• Roll off customer accounts after successful completion of the implementation phase.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a related area, or practical knowledge obtained via advanced education.
• Experience with implementation methods, project management capability, and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently within defined boundaries and seek supervision/support on more complex tasks.
