What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are achieved.
• Manage production output and manpower allocation to meet changing business demands and flexible production plans.
• Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and Continuous Improvement initiatives to maximize machine performance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to resolve production issues and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure machine availability, process stability, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Prepare, analyze, and present production performance reports, operational updates, and improvement plans to management.
• Coach, develop, and manage production team members to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.
• Proven experience leading and managing production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, OEE, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in production planning, output control, and capacity management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present KPIs and operational performance to management.
• Experience in machine-intensive manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
