Encore Executive

About the Role

This position is responsible for coordinating post tour, premium gifting to guests and the presentation for purchase of the Encore program to all TNS (Tour No Sale) guests. The role also includes related paperwork and information tracking.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Encore program to all TNS guests for purchase
• Sell Encore packages to TNS guests who choose to purchase
• Coordinate post-tour premium gifting and presentation materials
• Complete all necessary documentation for the program including Encore purchases and tracking
• Maintain minimum production standards for Encore Program and meet targets/deadlines

Qualifications

• High school completion or equivalent
• Related work experience
• Proficiency in reading and writing English
• Basic Mandarin or Japanese language
• Good personality and strong communication skills, especially speaking
• Positive interpersonal skills and strong hospitality skills
• Able to work to deadlines and targets
